Grandma hitchcock's mustard sauce for ham

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Cream
1 Egg yolk; beaten

Directions

In sm saucepan, whisk in order as listed. Cook over low heat until lightly thickened. Serve in gravy boat with a ham dinner.
