New slant on meat loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 Beef bouillon cube
cup Hot water (up to)
3 slices Bread; crumbled
2 teaspoons Salt
Pepper to taste
1 Egg; beaten
cup Milk
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
½ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Grated carrot

Directions

Combine all ingredients, place in large casserole and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
