Pork tenderloin with mustard sauce^

Ingredients

¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Bourbon
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
cup Sour cream
cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dry mustard
2 (1-1 1/2lb) pork
Tenderloins
3 To 4 green onions, finely
Chopped

Directions

MUSTARD SAUCE-COMBINE ALL AN

Combine soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar in a ziploc bag. Marinate tenderloins, refrigerated, at least 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.

Remove from bag and discard marinade.

Bake for 45 minutes on a rack in roasting pan at 325F. until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
