Vanilla-scented fruit cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Orange; Peel,Chop, Section
¼ cup Chopped Dried Apricots
2 Dates; Pit, Chop
1 Kiwi Fruit; Peel, Slice
2 Fresh Figs; Sliced, Optional
1 Red Apples; Core, Chop
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Honey; Or Sugar, To Taste
1 cup Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt; Or Nonfat
Mint Leaves; For Garnish, Optional

Directions

Serve this dish in wine or champagne goblets for an elegant presentation.

Use any combination of fresh or dried fruit you like.

Combine all ingredients except mint in med bowl; refrigerate until serving time. Stir well before serving. Garnish with mint leaves if using.
