Meat loaf with cranberry sauce glaze

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg
½ cup Milk
1 pounds Ground beef
½ pounds Hot pork sausage
cup Quick cooking oats
1 Onion chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 small Bell pepper, chopped
½ cup Ketchup
1 can (lg.) whole berry cranberry sauce
½ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

GLAZE

Beat egg and milk together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove loaf and skim off fat.
