Miniature meat balls and sauce recipe

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices Day-Old Bread; or more as required
2 pounds Ground Beef
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese; grated <OR>
½ cup Romano Cheese; grated
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley; chopped
½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
½ teaspoon Oregano; crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 Recipe Homemade Spaghetti Sauce (Included), <OR>
1 Jar (16 Oz) Store-Bought Spaghetti Sauce
Olive Oil

Directions

Soak bread in water for 2 or 3 minutes, then squeee out moisture. Combine bread with remaining ingredients, except spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Form into about 40 small balls. Brown slowly at medium heat in olive oil or margarine. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook in sauce 30 minutes over low heat.
